Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a related customer service role.
• Knowledge of data helpful.
• Experience in Financial Services or Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management industries helpful.
• General computer knowledge; MS Office experience.
