Job summary

RevSpring in Livonia, MI is seeking an Account Specialist to join our Client Services team. You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate projects, implement solutions, and provide operational support for RevSpring's communication platforms.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze customer data, and ensure high-quality delivery while growing knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management and financial services industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, account management, implementation, customer success, technical support, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience working with customer data files and business applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and provide consultative support.
• Serve as a primary operational contact for customer requests, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Manage customer communication projects from requirements gathering through implementation and successful deployment.
• Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain customer communication solutions using RevSpring platforms and tools.
• Analyze and process customer data files to support implementation, production, and ongoing customer initiatives.
• Coordinate requests and projects with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Manage change requests and growth opportunities using established project management practices.
• Monitor deliverables for quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and collaborate on effective solutions.
• Develop proficiency in RevSpring products, platforms, services, and tools.
• Maintain knowledge of industries served to understand customer needs and trends.
• Recommend RevSpring products and improvements to meet customer objectives.
• Own operational deliverables and customer outcomes with a positive experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer workflows.
