The role involves gathering requirements, coordinating with technical teams, and overseeing customer change requests to drive retention and satisfaction. Strong communication and collaboration with sales and support teams are essential for success.

• Establish strong and proactive relationships with customers.
• Be the voice of the customer inside RevSpring.
• Gather customer requirements, work with technical teams, and implement customer changes.
• Manage and monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide consultation on solution best practices to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of RevSpring services and products.
