Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Representative to engage with commercial and large industrial accounts across the United States and Canada, building strong relationships while managing waste and byproducts.

The role emphasizes a clear career path with feedback, skill-building, and advancement opportunities. The base pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with final compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school education and ability to work as part of a team; eligible to work in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or sales certifications; 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Interest in environmental sustainability preferred.
• Excellent relationship management, listening, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Receives service requests via phone or email and creates work orders.
• Executes work orders timely and ensures information is complete for billing.
• Schedules service requests with vendors and confirms completion.
• Obtains pricing from haulers and compares with other vendors.
• Troubleshoots issues with customers on equipment and services.
• Coordinates with AP/AR to ensure billing.
• Preschedules weekly service and pre-notifies locations.
• Updates account managers on service status and issues.
• Participates in training and contributes to company goals.
