Walker Advertising is seeking a Sales Support / Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients, work closely with the sales team, and onboard new and existing clients. The role requires proactive multitasking in a fast-paced environment and a focus on delivering outstanding service.

You will own client relations, coordinate billing with accounting, and provide product support while maintaining accurate Salesforce records and reports. California residency is required.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding sales skills.
• Proficient in MS Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using and managing Salesforce.
• Ability to prepare reports.

Responsabilidades

• New client onboarding and setting expectations and processes for products.
• Coordinate with client and accounting to ensure seamless billing transactions.
• Act as the first point of contact for sales team and clients seeking help with products.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to clients.
• Maintain client relationships and collect, manage, and execute contracts.
• Update day-to-day activity in Salesforce and produce internal reports.
