Job summary

VSP Vision seeks a detail-oriented client services professional to support servicing and account administration for clients, brokers, and consultants in California, helping drive satisfaction, growth, and retention.

You will coordinate with account managers and sales teams, assist with onboarding, renewals, and open enrollment, maintain accurate client data in the sales system, and prepare collateral for presentations and benefit fairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service or client service experience.
• Ability to quickly learn company products and internal systems.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent account implementations and issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for client development plans and projects.
• Coordinate with account managers and sales to meet client requirements.
• Assist with onboarding, renewals, and open enrollment.
• Maintain client records in the sales automation system.
• Prepare collateral and presentations for sales teams and client events.
