Job summary

American Cable & Harness | Electronic Technologies International in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a Customer Success & Sales Coordinator to be the main contact for customers and support sales, quotes, orders, and production status. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Production to meet delivery dates and resolve issues.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in customer service or manufacturing support, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or manufacturing support.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong quoting, order entry, and production scheduling knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM software.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for orders, delivery schedules, quality concerns, and inquiries.
• Set up new customers, process sales orders, and enter shop orders into the ERP system.
• Monitor production status and update customers and internal teams on delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Production to set shipment dates.
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate resolution of quality issues and RMAs.
• Maintain customer stocking programs and assist forecasting requirements.
• Own and maintain the quote process; prepare quotations with Engineering and Operations.
• Follow up on requotes and develop new opportunities with the Sales Manager.
• Support the Sales Manager with new account development and lead generation.
• Assist with CRM activity and pipeline tracking.
