Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in a customer service position in a call center environment.
• At least one year of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Experience in using MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls while always maintaining a positive attitude.
• Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries via various communication methods.
• Manage customer order entries and update customer accounts.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Recommend products or services to current and potential customers.
