Job summary

ADP is hiring a Relationship Specialist in Augusta, GA. You will support client retention in our mid-sized accounts division, build trust with clients and internal partners, and help resolve issues to keep clients satisfied.

You will negotiate pricing, conduct proactive outreach, report findings to management, and coordinate with other departments to improve First-Year Client Experience and overall loyalty.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of directly related work experience in client engagement and outreach, marketing, negotiations, conflict resolution.
• College degree is preferred but not required; alternative experience could be military or other relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and internal partners to maximize retention.
• Negotiate pricing and concessions and respond to price increase inquiries.
• Coordinate client outreach programs and report on First-Year Client Experience.
• Monitor queues and balance workloads across teams.
