Job summary

Aktion Associates seeks a Client Success Analyst to manage long-term client relationships, drive satisfaction and retention, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product adoption.

The role is onsite in Maumee, OH and requires experience with SaaS subscriptions, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with sales, accounting, and product teams. A 401k plan is offered in the benefits package.

• Identify at-risk clients and mitigate churn.
• Engage in activities to identify referrals and success stories.
• Update CRM with client-related activities.
