Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma with industry experience acceptable.
• 3–5 years’ employee benefits experience handling medium accounts.
• Strong executive presence and client relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make sound judgments under time constraints.
• Excellent oral and written communication; teamwork.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage client service cycle and renewal deadlines.
• Prepare proposals and conduct quotes comparisons.
• Benchmark programs and analyze claims and costs.
• Negotiate renewals and present coverage analyses.
• Cross-sell opportunities and develop client accounts.
