Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying opportunities to grow their businesses and increase customer loyalty.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide proactive solutions to address any concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and production, to ensure seamless delivery of client services and resolve any operational issues.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve our services and customer experiences.
• Manage and analyze key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement.
