Bev-Hub is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client partnerships and deliver tailored beverage manufacturing and co-packing solutions. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying opportunities to grow their businesses and increase customer loyalty.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide proactive solutions to address any concerns or issues.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and production, to ensure seamless delivery of client services and resolve any operational issues.
