Job summary

Bev-Hub, a leading beverage co-packer, is seeking a Customer Account Manager. You will be the main liaison between customers and operations, maintaining relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring expectations are met.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Scheduling, QA, Procurement, and Logistics to support customer success and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in accounts management, customer service, project coordination or related role.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate projects and communicate production updates across teams.
• Drive customer success and promote long-term loyalty and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, actions, and project updates.
• Support growth initiatives and strategic account planning.
