Job summary

SRP Storage Solutions, LLC is seeking an organized Client Services Coordinator to ensure seamless project experience from scheduling to invoicing. You will manage client communications, coordinate installations, track shipments, and keep teams aligned using our internal systems.

A strong focus on customer satisfaction and proactive problem-solving is required. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable making client calls to discuss next steps.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installation activities and coordinate with clients.
• Communicate progress and update clients regularly.
• Reschedule activities as directed by client or team needs.
• Track execution of scheduled activities with clients.
• Monitor shipments/deliveries affecting projects.
• Inform team of schedule changes and project updates.
• Ensure products are ready for install and monitor install day to invoicing.
• Close open items post-installation and resolve concerns.
• Update client management systems to keep all team members informed.
