• Manage inventory with triggers for low stock and coordinate reorders.
• Analyze month-end sales and inventory trends to inform product decisions.
• Develop sales materials and proposals for client presentations.
• Drive product research and maintain excellent client communication.
• Coordinate billing issues with corporate staff and ensure client expectations are met.
• Provide timely, professional service and resolve client issues.
