Job summary

Nadel seeks a detail-oriented professional to source, sell, and deliver custom products to clients worldwide. You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams, provide ideas and feedback, and help manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

You will handle orders end-to-end, coordinate with Sales Consultants and internal teams, and ensure accurate inventory and timely fulfillment while maintaining excellent client relationships.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle all orders from order placement until the product is in the client's hands.
• Under the direction of the Sales Consultant, place and follow up on sample orders, project specifications, and client requests.
• Assist Sales Consultants as needed and provide backup client contact when Sales Consultant is out of the office.
• Work directly with Sales Consultants, internal e-commerce team, Clients, and Vendors to ensure proper creation of websites, ongoing customer service, and inventory management.
• Manage inventory by ensuring quantities on hand are accurate, set up triggers to identify low stock, and approve reorders.
• Monitor product sales and inventory numbers, analyze trends and determine product reorders and invoicing.
• Develop materials such as sales letters, PowerPoint presentations, and Word proposals for client presentations.
• Drive product research.
• Maintain great customer service and communication with clients.
• Manage fulfillment projects as needed.
• Coordinate with Billing/AR/AP on client accounts, billing, and issues.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and timely service to Clients and their employees, addressing issues and providing problem resolution.
