Job summary

Drips is seeking a Project Manager to own client implementations in a remote-first, SaaS environment. You will lead kickoff meetings and drive timelines to ensure successful launches with enterprise clients.

You will build and maintain detailed project plans, anticipate risks, and provide clear status. You’ll host weekly client and internal meetings and keep Salesforce and SharePoint documentation current, leveraging tools like Smartsheet or Asana.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management, implementation, or client onboarding experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with comfort leading client meetings.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or Asana.
