Job summary

Drips Holdings, LLC is seeking a Client Success Project Manager to lead client onboarding projects end-to-end, coordinating conversation design and technical integrations. You will drive timelines and stakeholder accountability, ensuring launch dates are met and clients set up for long-term growth.

The role is client-facing, remote (U.S.), with opportunities to own your book of projects and grow within a collaborative, high-trust team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management, implementation, or onboarding experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client stakeholders.
• Proficient with PM/CRM tooling such as Salesforce, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Asana or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client implementations from close of sale through launch.
• Translate client goals into actionable plans with Sales and Solutions teams.
• Co-host kickoff meetings, design reviews, and integration planning sessions.
• Produce standardized deliverables detailing scope, milestones, and success measures.
• Build detailed project plans and manage cross-functional SLAs.
• Identify risks and dependencies; plan mitigations and communicate them early.
• Coordinate SFTP and API milestones with Integration and Production partners.
• Maintain project records in Salesforce and SharePoint; prepare kickoff decks.
