Job summary

Drips is seeking a Senior Integrations Lead to own and scale our integration program. You will manage a team of Project Managers/Specialists, delivering end-to-end integrations via APIs, webhooks, FTP/SFTP, and Azure Logic Apps while ensuring compliance and performance.

You will define KPIs, establish repeatable processes, and partner with Product and Engineering to enhance tooling and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in integration project management or SaaS delivery.
• 2+ years leading a team or mentoring staff.
• Strong API, FTP/SFTP, webhooks, authentication, and Azure Logic Apps experience.
• Experience with SQL and PM tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integrations function, including API, webhooks, FTP/SFTP, and Azure Logic Apps delivery.
• Build and lead a team of Integration Project Managers/Specialists; hire, mentor, and manage performance.
• Serve as escalation point for complex, compliance-sensitive integrations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years in integration project management, technical implementations, or SaaS delivery, including 2+ years managing a team.
• Strong fluency with APIs, FTP/SFTP, webhooks, authentication, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, ClickUp, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
