Job summary

Arrive Logistics invites an Account Representative to join our Austin team, focusing on delivering value to customers by managing accessorials, awarded lanes, and offering management. You will collaborate across departments to improve customer experience and drive Operational Excellence through KPI management.

You will engage with shippers, consignees, and carrier partners to optimize loads, scheduling, and profitability while staying detail-oriented and proactive in solving complex scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a 3PL or supply chain environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while multitasking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Obtain pickup and delivery appointments and maintain accurate data for customer accounts.
• Communicate with carrier reps and customers regarding pickups, deliveries, and tracking updates.
• Manage accessorials with carrier partners and submit timely updates to customers.
• Monitor awards and volumes, coordinating with sales and customer teams for improvements.
• Ensure profitability of accounts and improve where necessary.
• Identify lanes to secure committed capacity and optimize operations.
• Understand customer KPIs and identify trends for continuous improvement and cost savings.
