Job summary

atCAUSE Law Office in Florida is seeking a Client Success Manager who turns client trust into lasting advocacy and builds a referral network with Centers of Influence such as financial advisors, CPAs, real estate groups, hospice and elder care professionals.

You will own the program end-to-end, stay connected with current and former clients, host events, and grow our fast-growing firm through relationship-building, integrity, and thoughtful community involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in public relations, relationship development, community outreach, client advocacy, or professional network building
• Proven track record of building and keeping long-term professional relationships
• Trust-first, low-pressure and genuine style
• Organized with CRM discipline and logging of activity
• Self-directed and comfortable working in the community
• Ethical and compliant within regulatory guidelines
• Education in communications or PR preferred
• Bonus: experience in professional services, healthcare, senior care, or financial services

Responsibilities

• Turn clients into lifelong advocates through thoughtful outreach and updates
• Identify, approach, and grow referral partner relationships
• Serve as the main relationship owner for partners and host events
• Spend time in the community and maintain compliant activities
• Collaborate with sales, intake, and leadership to drive growth
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards
