atCAUSE Law Office in Florida is seeking a Client Success Manager who turns client trust into lasting advocacy and builds a referral network with Centers of Influence such as financial advisors, CPAs, real estate groups, hospice and elder care professionals.
You will own the program end-to-end, stay connected with current and former clients, host events, and grow our fast-growing firm through relationship-building, integrity, and thoughtful community involvement.
atCAUSE Law Office started in 2020, at the height of Covid, in our Managing Attorney’s living room. Today we have 24 team members and are on track for $6.5 million in revenue in 2026. We call ourselves the Non-Stuffy Attorneys: we’re warm, professional, and focused on people. We grew because of our relationships with clients and our community, and we believe in sharing our success with the people who help create it. Everything we do supports our mission: “Transforming our clients’ challenges into peace of mind with a warm, professional, and uplifting approach by delivering flawless legal services that inspire confidence.”
Do people trust you quickly? Do you remember birthdays, follow up when you said you would, and naturally introduce people who should know each other? If so, you’ll fit right in.
As our Client Success Manager, you’ll turn our clients’ trust into lasting advocacy and build a referral network of professionals who send families our way with confidence. You’ll have two main focuses: staying meaningfully connected with current and former clients, and building real partnerships with Centers of Influence such as financial advisors, CPAs, real estate groups, hospice and senior living teams, and elder care professionals. You’ll own this program, from the systems and cadence to the relationships themselves. This isn’t a cold-calling or high-pressure sales job. It’s relationship building, done patiently and with integrity, and it directly shapes the growth of a fast-growing firm.
