Inform Diagnostics, a Fulgent Genetics company, seeks a Client Relationship Specialist to support clients within an assigned territory and collaborate with Client Relationship Managers and Sales Directors. Responsibilities include resolving discrepancies, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with Sales, Lab Operations, and Pathology to ensure superior service.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• 5+ years in client services or similar role; 3 years with Bachelor's, or 6 years with Associate.
• 3+ years with CRM and IVR telecom systems; LIS experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized and able to multitask.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage client issues; respond to questions and resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with Sales, Lab Operations, and Pathology to ensure positive client experience.
• Setup new accounts in systems; review supply orders based on client usage.
• Document interactions; create tickets and answer phones as assigned.
• Maintain service quality by following SOPs and call monitoring standards.
• Provide after-hours coverage when needed and assist cross-location teams.
