Job summary

Staci Americas, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager in San Bernardino, CA to lead the experience of Key Accounts from day one. You will partner with clients, coordinate with internal teams, and drive service improvements across our fulfillment operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in account management or B2B customer service, preferably in warehousing/logistics. You will manage contracts, renewals, and business reviews, while guiding a team of client service professionals to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3PL and/or Fulfillment experience preferred.
• 3–5 years Account Management or B2B customer service experience.
• Experience in warehousing or logistics environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience of Key Accounts from day 1 and act as a growth partner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and needs.
• Analyze customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate client records including contracts and renewals.
• Assess client goals and recommend services to fit their needs.
• Leverage knowledge of WMS to solve client issues and enhance service.
• Learn SOPs for all account activities.
• Conduct regular business reviews to keep clients updated and KPI targets met.
• Supervise client service representatives.
