Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a 3PL Operations Customer Success Manager to serve as the operational bridge between our clients and warehouse teams, ensuring SLA compliance and smooth onboarding. You will translate complex fulfillment metrics into actionable business value and drive retention.

The role involves coaching partner teams, overseeing SNOP forecasts, reviewing invoices, and ensuring compliant use of WMS/OMS systems. Travel to partner sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or 3PL/4PL operations.
• 2+ years managing or coaching a team in fulfillment or 3PL.
• Experience in account management or client-facing operations, translating performance into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Be the client?s day-to-day liaison with warehouse, inventory, and tech teams to resolve fulfillment issues.
• Serve as the primary POC for assigned 3PL/4PL partners, inspect sites and ensure SLAs.
• Share SNOP forecasts with partners and confirm labor/capacity plans align to demand.
• Review and approve 3PL/4PL invoices and resolve discrepancies with partner teams.
• Ensure partners follow SOPs and use WMS; troubleshoot system issues and train staff.
• Guide new merchants through WMS and OMS integration into the fulfillment network.
• Deliver client-facing reports on inventory turns, shipping volume, and logistics efficiency.
• Own escalations involving inventory loss, delayed shipments, or fines, and communicate with clients.
• Build and document processes for working with 4PL partners, including escalation paths and standards.
