Job summary

Onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay range of $16-$20 per hour DOE. Responsibilities include answering calls for quotes and order updates, handling emails and live chats, and coordinating with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in basic office skills and proper phone etiquette.
• Experience in phone-based sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from customers and provide new quotes or order status updates on existing orders.
• Respond to customer emails requesting quotes or order updates.
• Manage live chat requests from customers seeking quotes or order information.
• Conduct calls to vendors to find suppliers or update customers on order statuses.
• Take customer orders over the phone and follow up as needed.
