Job summary

IMS is seeking a Client Services Representative to support order management, inventory upkeep, and customer communications. You will act as the daily internal contact for inquiries, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help streamline processes from order intake to fulfillment.

You will manage emails, assist special projects, and ensure timely reporting and data accuracy across departments. This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of customer service, reporting, or purchase order experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks and prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Must be a team player.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with AS400 or similar database systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily internal contact for order management and inquiries.
• Assist with special projects as necessary.
• Manage incoming emails from internal sources.
• Generate clear, consistent communication to internal and external team members regarding program status and requirements.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Client Services, Production, Finance and operations staff.
• Facilitate accurate incoming inventory (item setup validation, POs and warehouse communication).
• Follow-through on exception reporting from beginning to end; generate reports and solve problems to eliminate exceptions.
• Prioritize orders and projects, including expediting emergency requests.
• Maintain and distribute various daily reports.
