Job summary

Pop! Promos is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to support its inside and outside sales teams. You will help ensure quick, accurate responses to customers and seamless order execution, delivering on our brand promise.

In this role you will handle mid-order and post-order tasks, process POs, provide quotes, update SugarCRM records, and assist with proofs and production photos while maintaining professional, empathetic customer service and strict attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in business/admin/communications.
• 3+ years in customer service or client-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with CRM platforms and collaboration tools is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Service function of the sales team and funnel inquiries.
• Answer inbound calls and route true sales opportunities to the right team.
• Manage inbound client success inbox to ensure quick responses and order processing.
• Support lead mining and ensure Zapier automation for new leads.
• Process samples and virtuals for outreach and pre-order support.
• Finalize orders, provide pricing and shipping quotes, and process POs.
• Update SugarCRM with proofs, production notes, and shipping changes.
• Handle post-order inquiries and escalate issues to Client Success Manager as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and track order progress in SugarCRM.
