Job summary

Tempus seeks a client-focused operations professional to support the Client Management Operations team. You will collect metrics, organize project performance, and prepare detailed client-facing materials for touchpoints and meetings.

In this role you will own client relationships, coordinate with lab, order processing, finance, and customer success teams, and act decisively to keep projects on budget and schedule while ensuring high-quality collateral.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in management consulting, customer success, or client-facing roles.
• Interest in Healthcare business side with proactive, organized work style.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Management Operations by collecting project metrics and preparing client materials.
• Own client relationships; ensure meetings run smoothly with internal stakeholders to keep projects on budget and timeline.
• Escalate and resolve critical issues; maintain accurate collateral and documentation across projects.
