Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated interest in the Healthcare industry and business side of science.
• A self-starter with proactive communication, highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with external and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Management Operations team by collecting key project metrics and organizing project performance.
• Own client relationships and ensure meetings are held efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate across internal stakeholders to move samples through the lab and meet budget/timeline.
• Support escalation and resolution of critical project-related issues with resourcefulness.
• Maintain accurate collateral and documentation across projects and portals.
