Job summary

Eval.com, a fast-growing real estate valuation company, seeks a Customer Service Specialist to support clients, inspect teams, and analysts. This role emphasizes organization, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You will respond to client inquiries, track inspections, and ensure reports flow smoothly from assignment to delivery. Growth opportunities exist as you learn the business and take on additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Customer service, client support, administrative, or coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in banking, mortgage lending, real estate, or valuation is a plus.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; comfortable with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions, order status requests, and general support needs.
• Track inspection assignments through completion.
• Help keep orders moving from assignment through final report delivery.
• Work with analysts and team members to resolve missing information or order issues.
• Handle routine client issues and escalate complex questions when needed.
• Keep order and client information accurate in systems.
• Assist with report delivery, invoicing, and other customer service tasks.
• Identify process improvements to speed up workflows.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Customer Service.
