Job summary

Inspected in Florida is seeking an Account Specialist I to join its Customer Operations team. This entry-level position focuses on learning the inspection industry, building client service habits, and growing into a long-term role.

You will manage contractor and inspector accounts, coordinate scheduling, and develop foundational knowledge of the Permit Hub platform. You will learn the platform, processes, and clients while contributing to a high-energy, fast-growing environment that values

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage time effectively and ask for help when needed.
• Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly; prior CRM experience not required.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to supporting clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined set of contractor and inspector accounts under team lead guidance.
• Handle day-to-day scheduling and communication with clients and inspectors.
• Monitor schedules and flag conflicts, gaps, or missing information.
• Review account notes before contacting clients and escalate issues to the team lead as needed.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
