Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Associate's or high school with relevant experience managing hourly staff.
• Experience leading frontline teams in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for designated portfolio.
• Use BI tools and reporting platforms to monitor metrics and drive profitability.
• Oversee client performance, including budgeting, AR/AP, and account health.
• Build client relationships and implement corrective action plans for satisfaction.
• Deliver compliant, high-quality security services and safety programs.
• Promote a culture of safety and operational excellence.
