Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience (software or healthcare industries preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiar with PM/EMR and Prior Authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and run kickoff meetings for new customers.
• Coordinate between clients and the technical team.
• Schedule and perform training as needed.
• Proactively maintain customer relationships; meet with customers regularly.
• Stay up to date on all customer support issues.
• Achieve specific customer goals regarding utilization of our solutions.
• Manage 150-200 physicians within 30-50 practice accounts.
