Job summary

CareMetx, LLC is seeking an Account Support Manager to coordinate customer onboarding, deliver ongoing training, and proactively nurture client relationships. You will work closely with clients and our technical team to understand needs, resolve issues, and maximize value of our solutions, ensuring customers achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of prior professional experience (software or healthcare industries preferred).
• PM/EMR, Prior Authorization, or clinical workflow experience highly desired.
• Exceptional communication skills for both internal and external communications.
• Proficient in MS Office and related products.
• Must possess highly ethical characteristics and values.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (We are not able to sponsor Visas).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate kickoff meetings for new customers (from sales hand-off).
• Facilitate communication between clients and the technical team.
• Schedule and perform training as needed.
• Proactively maintain customer relationships; meet with customers regularly.
• Stay up to date on all customer support issues.
• Achieve specific customer goals regarding utilization of our solutions.
• Manage 150-200 physicians within 30-50 practice accounts.
