Job summary

Ylopo is seeking an outgoing Client Success Manager to retain clients and deliver an exceptional experience with our system. You will manage post-onboarding training, support, and account management across a broad client portfolio.

You will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to troubleshoot software issues, communicate effectively, and escalate to the Manager of Client Success when necessary. Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, customer service, coaching, training, account management, or similar client-facing roles.
• Ability to facilitate solutions to complex issues with a proactive mindset.
• Strong technical, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including email, tickets, phone, or Zoom.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
• Positive demeanor and consistent work ethic.
• Willingness to learn Ylopo product details and communicate them clearly.
• Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships within our general business segment, evaluating client health and proactively scheduling check-ins.
• Meet with clients 1:1 to provide support, training, product knowledge, and account reviews.
• Consult with clients to identify goals, challenges, and opportunities, aligning Ylopo solutions.
• Advocate for client needs and manage retention efforts for at-risk clients.
• Troubleshoot client problems with urgency and escalation as needed.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce and internal systems accurately and timely.
• Deliver thorough handoffs to marketing, client growth, or website development teams.
• Identify growth opportunities by uncovering client needs and driving product adoption.
• Collaborate with product support to investigate issues and escalate when required.
• Become a product SME and work with sales, billing, marketing, international, and tech teams on special projects.
