Ylopo, LLC is seeking a Client Success Manager to retain clients and deliver exceptional experiences with our marketing technology. You will train, support, and manage accounts post-onboarding while proactively addressing issues and ensuring client goals are met.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer success or related roles, strong communication, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration and growth opportunities within a fast‑paced team.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, customer service, coaching, training, or account management.
• Ability to guide clients to goals and use data to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and monitor client health with proactive check-ins.
• Meet with clients 1:1 to provide support, training, and product knowledge.
• Align Ylopo solutions with client goals and opportunities to drive retention.
• Advocate for client needs and escalate issues when necessary.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce and internal systems.
