Job summary

Ylopo is seeking an outgoing, tech-savvy Strategic Client Success Manager to oversee a dedicated book of high-value clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, driving results, scale, and long-term value with Ylopo while collaborating cross-functionally to maximize retention and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer success management experience.
• 5+ years of SaaS and enterprise software experience.
• Proven track record of driving retention, adoption, and advocacy.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communicator with strong listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to a portfolio of key customers by listening to them, understanding their objectives, pain points, and goals.
• Provide support throughout the client lifecycle, ensuring achievements are met through adoption, growth, and continued subscription.
• Translate strategic needs into tactical items and execute on those, including regular check-ins and account reviews.
• Understand the client’s full business model and map Ylopo solutions to solve challenges.
• Grow usage and adoption of the Ylopo product suite through proactive engagement and planning.
• Coordinate involvement of executives, account growth, marketing, and product development to meet objectives.
• Drive incremental business growth through client advocacy and referenceable initiatives.
