This role sits within a pharma client success team, managing the full lifecycle of client campaigns from kickoff through completion. You’ll own a set of pharmaceutical and healthcare accounts, coordinate with internal and external teams to develop and launch client content, track timelines, and report on campaign metrics and progress to leadership and sales partners.

Candidates should have 5+ years of account management experience in pharma or healthcare consulting, familiarity with the pharmaceutical regulatory review process, and direct client-facing experience. Strong written and verbal communication, self-motivation, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities independently are required.

This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States, offering base salary, equity, and bonus components along with standard full-time employee benefits.
