You will translate sponsor requirements into clear delivery plans, run progress reports, and maintain strong relationships acrossClinical Operations, Provider Engagement, and Marketing. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in a sponsor- or client-facing role in healthcare or life sciences.
• Proven ability to lead client meetings and cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments.
• Fluent English and strong written follow-ups; executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of biopharma sponsor accounts, leading recurring calls, business reviews, and ad-hoc requests.
• Serve as the primary contact for sponsor requests, respond promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
• Translate sponsor goals into cross-functional delivery plans across Clinical Ops, Provider Engagement, and Marketing.
• Prepare audit-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations for regular reviews; keep CRM data current.
