Massive Bio is a U.S.-based AI-powered precision medicine platform that connects cancer patients with clinical trials worldwide. We are seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of biopharma sponsor accounts and enroll patients in oncology trials.

You will lead recurring calls and business reviews, translate sponsor requirements into cross-functional delivery plans, and deliver audit-ready reports and dashboards while keeping CRM data current.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years in a sponsor- or client-facing role in healthcare or life sciences, owning the client relationship and satisfaction.
• Proven ability to lead client meetings and business reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive presence and communication, fluent English, clear follow-ups.
• High ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail with good reporting (CRM, Excel, Slides).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of biopharma sponsor accounts, lead recurring calls and business reviews, and handle ad‑hoc requests.
• Serve as the primary contact for sponsor requests, respond promptly and escalate when needed.
• Translate sponsor goals into cross-functional delivery plans with Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, and Marketing.
• Prepare audit-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations for reviews and keep CRM data current.
• Partner with Clinical Operations to surface quality and delivery signals impacting sponsor satisfaction.
• Support account renewals by tracking milestones and demonstrating value.
