Responsibilities

• Own client progression and case workflows from intake to resolution.
• Conduct regular case reviews with attorneys to ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate updates to clients and attorneys and gather information.
• Identify workflow needs and support drafting, filing, and research.
• Spot bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Support attorneys as a strategic partner to enable growth.
• Track client success metrics and report to leadership.
