Job summary

NFP is seeking an Account Manager in Wayne, PA to cultivate client relationships, manage a portfolio, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver superior service. You will handle day‑to‑day client interactions, respond to inquiries, and support renewal activities, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in client service and a background in benefits administration, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent), and BA/BS preferred.
• More than 3 years’ client service and/or industry and product line experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send the request for proposals to applicable insurance carriers and track results.
• Build and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures.
• Answer questions from clients and insurance company personnel (IDs, claims, billing).
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports.
• Assist with renewal presentations and client communications.
