Qualifications

• More than 2-3 years client service and/or industry experience.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate client needs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send requests for proposals to insurance carriers.
• Review contracts and benefit plan summaries for accuracy.
• Maintain client files and policy records.

Skills

Knowledge of benefits administration

Education

Associates degree (or equivalent)
