The ideal candidate should hold an associates degree along with 2-3 years of relevant client service experience. We offer a competitive salary between $55,000 and $105,000 and a culture focused on employee relationships.

Qualifications

• More than 2-3 years client service and/or industry experience.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate client needs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and send requests for proposals to insurance carriers.
• Review contracts and benefit plan summaries for accuracy.
• Maintain client files and policy records.

Knowledge of benefits administration

Effective time management

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Formation

Associates degree (or equivalent)
