• Prepare RFPs and send to insurance carriers, compile results.
• Review contracts and benefit plan summaries for accuracy with guidance.
• Build and maintain client files per procedures and keep policy records.
• Answer client and carrier questions (ID cards, claims, billing).
• Develop relationships with clients and carriers; assist senior team members.
