Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent), and BA/BS preferred.
• More than 3 years’ client service and/or industry and product line experience.
• Licensing may be required or ability to acquire licensing if needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare requests for proposals to insurance carriers and compile results.
• Review contracts, benefit plan summaries, and carrier source documents for accuracy.
• Maintain client files following office procedures.
• Answer questions from clients and insurance personnel (ID cards, claims, billing).
• Develop relationships with clients and carriers; support renewal negotiations.
