Job summary

LevelUpHR in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Client Success Manager to be the primary contact for our PEO clients, ensuring outstanding service across payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR support.

This role blends relationship management with operational oversight and strategic guidance to help clients thrive. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and travel occasionally to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in HR services, client account management, or PEO operations.
• Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes and benefits administration is a plus.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and client service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with focus on process improvement.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems; Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for PEO clients, ensuring excellent service across payroll, benefits, compliance and HR support.
• Oversee delivery of HR services and compliance for client accounts.
• Act as escalation point for client issues and resolve them promptly.
• Conduct regular check-ins to review performance, identify improvements, and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Educate clients on HR and payroll platforms to maximize adoption.
• Monitor KPIs and report on service quality, retention, and engagement.
• Stay updated on labor laws and manage audits and proactive compliance.
• Develop SOPs for client onboarding and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to expand LevelUpHR services and support renewals.
