Job summary

Corewell Health Employer Services is seeking an Client Manager to engage key stakeholders, oversee the delivery of contracted services, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client needs. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Employer Services.

Expect to manage CRM data, support business development, and ensure successful client success across multiple accounts and contracts, with on-site involvement as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or relevant field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting or in a related area.
• Knowledge of health plan operations, physician front office administrative procedures, medical terminology, medical billing and coding procedures and provider network arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong customer relationships and delivers exceptional client service daily, onsite when needed.
• Oversees delivery of contracted clinical services and coordinates sub-processes for client relationships.
• Maintains CRM data and supports data exchange for new business development initiatives.
• Conducts market research to identify opportunities for client engagement and potential barriers to contracting.
• Manages projects and contractual requirements within client relationships as delegated by leadership.
• Coordinates with staff to ensure consistent service and timely contract deliverables, including billing support.
