Job summary

MPOWERHealth is seeking a Clinical Client Success Manager to oversee client accounts, drive engagement, and ensure successful delivery of clinical services. You will lead onboarding, manage expectations, and act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients.

You will collaborate across departments, monitor performance metrics and renewals, identify optimization opportunities, and guide clients through service adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience as an Account Manager or similar role in healthcare revenue cycle.
• Experience in developing executive-level client relationships including negotiation, presentation, and polished communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and drive engagement and retention.
• Lead onboarding and set expectations with clients and internal teams.
• Review performance data with clients and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery meets SLAs.
